Expert planner coaching
Each sofco implementation is configured to your requirements. However, businesses’ needs can evolve over time. By having a fully trained Expert Planner, you have the ability to change the configuration to match the changing requirements of your business. This keeps the software in line with your goals so the benefits continue to be maximised.
Train the trainer
You may wish to carry out the training yourself. sofco can deliver a “Train the Trainer” approach to train key users who, in turn, deliver the user training. This means you are in complete control of the interactions and timing with your wider user community.
On or off-site training
Our full solution training sessions are delivered at your site, at our training centre or online. As you experience staff rotation, we deliver training to new starters so they are comfortable with the system from day one.
