Typhoo and sofco brew up a longer partnership

Typhoo Tea have signed a multi-year contract extension with sofco implementing the latest version of sofco Demand Planning to support their change in business processes.

A leading producer of tea, exporting to 40 countries across the world, Typhoo have been a customer of sofco’s since 2007 and were initially impressed by sofco’s Supply Chain management expertise within both the Consumer Goods and Food and Beverage industries.

The new project will facilitate the new streamlined business processes, removing old on-premise systems as they migrate their planning solution to the cloud.
